JBG installing rebar and preparing for concrete pour (pushed to Saturday). Laying out fence along back property line. Discussed how to get water heaters installed at Unit B without blocking off access for possible SDGE underground conduit. Wing wall to be eliminated and water heater enclosure to be be primed and painted to match color of siding. Pad for water heaters to be poured on Saturday, so plumbing can be finished.
ZSP continuing to trim out units.

Marq plastering on site to look at existing stucco again. Demoing lower 18" of wall between existing duplex and Building B tomorrow. Creating plan to demo and patch as needed at existing duplex (after meter release).
