Inspection: Jim, city inspector (619-990-3772) on site at 10:00 AM to inspect garage MEP rough-in and insulation. Passed both. Only comment was to reverse direction of the bathroom fart fan and exhaust towards the parking area. Exhaust fans must have clearance from operable windows.
