JB General on site. Walls for Structure C stair landing formed and templated. Footings for Structure B Stairs and WH enclosure hand dug. First floor framing still in progress.
C3, continuing to dig trench for new water service. Base pave complete.

JB General added rebar and forms for Structure B stair footing.
Debris from fence demo, scrap pieces of wood, and other trash hauled off. More lumber delivered.
First floor framing still in progress. Layout for Structure B interior walls completed.
C3 connected new water meter on-site plumbing. Will return in 30 days to pave and replace sidewalk panel.
Dennis Hartley (Window Solutions) on site to measure and verify first floor window openings.
KTC pending detail from 1070 for pocket doors. Pricing for 8'-0" bi-pass doors received. Closet slider will change to full height to create more storage for tenants.
