JB General on site with excavator and compactor. Soil ramp built to get machine over to Structure C Pad.
Adam from Fenagh on site at noon. He deemed to soil too moist for compaction, and told us to wait another day.

JB General on site, backfilling and compacting Structure B stem walls. Jeremy brought a skidsteer on site to help move dirt around.
JB General also digging out Structure C stair foundation.

Inspection: Adam from Fenagh on site to observe compaction from 7 AM - 1:30 PM and signed off on compaction. He left for about 2 hours to go to another job site.

JB general setting formwork for Structure B SOG. Interior footings dug down to formation. Fenagh scheduled to check BOF 3/12 at 2 pm.
Sand dropped off in driveway. Rebar on site.
Crew swept up the driveway and sidewalk and reset BMPs after delivery.

Thursday, March 12, 2026
Clear, 82°F
JB General on site, hand digging interior footings, laying out the first layer of sand and forming Structure B slab.
ML brought two cases of water to site and spoke to crew about staying hydrated and taking breaks. Hot weather expected to continue into next week
Plumbing trenches dug. Zack and Luis on site for layout. Luis checked all pipes and fittings are on site. We discussed connecting hot water to the back unit with Michael Walker.
Fenagh on site to check BOF. Two small areas need to be dug deeper. Recheck tomorrow.
Trash from front area hauled off. Fence and porta potty relocated to allow access to existing units per owner request.

JB General on site, adding sand and vapor barrier to Structure C pad. Sand being moved with two wheelbarrows, due to tight site access. Stair landing and mechanical room to be poured as mat slab with wall template for raised section. See attached sketch.
ZSP on site to prepare underground plumbing for Structures B and C for 1 PM inspection.
After inspection, JB general backfilled plumbing trenches and continued to add sand.
Rebar also installed at stair footings.
Brian from Fenagh passed Structure C interior continuous footings and Structure B pad footing.

Inspection: Dave Finney is our new city of San Diego Inspector. He asked ML to send all documentation regarding SDGE conflict resolution, setbacks, RFIs and soils report.
Underground for Structures B and C fully passed.
