JB General was on site in the AM to check rebar clear cover and secure forms.
Inspection for Structure B Foundations was passed.
Concrete pump arrive on site around 1 pm to set up, and the first truck arrived at 2 pm. The pour was finished at 4 pm, and the crew cleaned up site.

Inspection: Josh Kittle out for the next few weeks. Inspector Danny arrived around 11:15 AM to check Structure B rebar. He gave us the go ahead to pour.

JB General on site, forming walls and setting rebar for stem walls on Structure B.
SDGE connected temp power to Diamond Services meter.
Jared from ZSP on site around 12:45 PM to fix leaking hose bibb and install toilet in front existing unit.

JB General on site to prepare for stem wall inspection. Hold downs laid out. Finishing touches to rebar added. Shoring for forms installed.
AC Electric turned on breakers and connected temp power to existing structure. Breaker for front unit kitchen and garage shut off to keep the garage area safe.
ML swept sidewalk and driveway apron. Turf moved to cover the driveway. Straw staked every four feet and gravel bags added. Gutter in front of driveway apron mucked out.

Inspection: City of San Diego inspector, Mark, on site around 11 AM. He requested the sidewalk be swept and straw staked down. He asked that KTC have a construction change submitted for RFI 002, despite being made aware that Josh Kittle previously approved the change with a stamped RFI. Request was passed on to 1070.
Foundations for structure B partially passed. Given the green light to pour stem walls.
