JB General on site, cleaning up Structure C stairwell footings. Rebar and wall template being installed. JBG running off generator.
ZSP on site, tying into garage conversion and tying lateral into Structure C foundations.
SDGE removed OH power around 9 AM. SDGE says installation of temp power will take up to 3 weeks. Billing account number 210001975454 set up under KTC.

Diamond was on site at 8 AM to install temporary pole. They installed a 6x6 instead of a climbable pole and need to return tomorrow morning.
JB General on site, under Brent and Carlos's direction, cleaning up footings and rebar to prep for inspection.
ZSP on site, continuing rough in for the garage conversion.

Inspection: Inspector Josh Kittle was on site around 11:30 AM. He gave us the green light to pour footings. His only request was to add extra dobies at the corners. He also checked the T24 plans to verify that we do not need Quality Insulation Inspection (QII).
