Monday, January 26, 2026
Partially cloudy, 74°F
ML was on site. Jeremy D, Jeremy C. and Zack were all on site at different times. Zack came to check all plumbing and stayed through inspection. Jeremy D. and his crew are setting electrical conduits. JB General crew is starting to backfill plumbing trenches.
ML and Jeremy C discussed game plan for the rest of the week. Update was sent to ownership. See attachments.
The Walkers paid the temp power invoice on Saturday 1/24/26. KTC still pending SDGE sketch and work order. KTC pending final confirmation from SDGE (Lindsay McCall) that OH connection is acceptable.
Diamond came by to service portajohn.
Jared (Zack Smith) came by around 2 PM to check on progress.
Front area (driveway and planter trenches) fully backfilled.
JB General swept the street and sidewalk.

Inspection: Inspector Josh Kiddle was on site around 10:00 AM. He look at all of the trenches, and passed Combined Underground. He asked us to keep on eye on the straw wattle at the front of the property line and keep the sidewalk clean.





Tuesday, January 27, 2026
Clear, 67°F
AC Electric on site, finishing laying site conduit. Jeremy D. was on site in the morning for QC. JD, MF and ML discussed putting the stair lighting on the upper unit subpanels.
JB General on site backfilling and compacting in the AM. They are over excavating and re-compacting the Building C pad in the afternoon.
ZSP has one worker on site, cutting and capping risers and finishing up site plumbing.

JB General was onsite, excavating the Building C footprint down to formational. The team was using a 12K excavator and bobcat.
Jason (Fenagh) was onsite from 2-2:30 to observe the pad and confirm we dug deep enough.
SDGE (Lindsay McCall) notified us that the approved SDGE OH work order did not comply with SDGE standards. We are waiting on direction from SDGE as to where the riser and meter bank need to be located.

Thursday, January 29, 2026

JB General was on-site, recompacting the Structure C pad. Fenagh tech was onsite to observe recompaction and test with a nuclear density gage. Compaction of Structure C pad will be done on 1/30, and JBG will start digging footings.
Zack Smith had one worker on site, who chipped out a portion of the garage curb to create access for a plumbing connection. ZSP also started to assemble and label piping.
Nilo and Jeremy D. (AC Electric) were on site between 10 AM and 11 AM to meet with SDGE. SDGE supervisor (Damien Ramirez) and two service planners (Lindsay McCall and De'Jon Davis) came on site around 10:30 AM to discuss overhead connection. All parties agreed that the approved SDGE sketch is the best solution. Lindsay is confirming feasibility with the SDGE construction department. KTC noted that any windows within 3' (radially) of the service drop will need to be non-operable.

JB General on site, finishing recompaction and digging footings. Fenagh on site. Issue arose about the depth of the building C stair footings. JB General to hand dig deeper.
