ML on site around 9 AM.
JB General on site, continuing to dig the plumbing trench in the front. Section of driveway removed to dig. Jeremy started to do layout for footings. RFI 003 was submitted to 1070, requesting use of CMU ilo CIP for RWA to improve schedule.
Jeremy and ML worked out foundation sequencing plan. Fenagh scheduled for Friday morning observation. SDGE trench inspector, Rosie, scheduled for 1/21.
Zack Smith on site in the afternoon to discuss trench layout and fall and verify location and depth of front yard trench.

JB General on site, continuing to dig plumbing trenches.
SDGE trench inspector was on site at noon to discuss gas relocation. After much back and forth, SDGE will not allow any wet utilities along the north property line if we relocate the gas meters. Per RFI 004, gas meters will stay in place.
Brent (JB General) was on site, reviewing framing plans and completing material takeoff.
Jeremy brought ripper on site to prepare for foundation excavation.

JB General digging trenches. Brent on site, supervising and reviewing hold down layout. JB General setting batter boards, as some survey markers need to be moved for the trenching.
Zack Smith and Jared on-site, discussing drain locations (see attached). Workers laying down pipe. Existing duplex sewer line being reconnected to the main. Underground plumbing inspection scheduled for Monday, 1/26/26.
OH power removal scheduled for 2/2/26. KTC still waiting on temp power service order.

Inspection: Jason (Fenagh) came to observe utility trench. Depth of Old Paralic deposits at depth consistent with summary report. 12"-16" towards garage and 24-28" at back of property (see photos). Fenagh will be called out for compaction testing and when footings are dug before bar is set. JB General to provide name of imported soil supplier for Fenagh sampling and testing.
