Anton’s was on site at 8 AM to remove pergola and interior finishes from the garage. All drywall, tile and insulation was removed as well as all remaining building material (shower doors, baseboard, etc…). The crew also hauled off the cardboard boxes, water heater and garbage bags left from the front unit renovation.

Jeremy Coyne stopped by at 2 pm to drop off his mini ex and spray the area of work for dig alert.

Neighbor (Anne, drives a black Tesla) stopped by again to see progress. She did not come on the job site.

Anton’s will come back tomorrow to sweep the garage and driveway and remove all drywall screws.

SBO on site around 11 AM. Surveyors were able to locate front property corners but unable to locate rear property corners. Monument likely on neighbor’s property near power pole. Mike from SBO attempted to contact the neighbor, but it appeared no one was home. SBO to survey down the block, return to office to complete calculations and likely return on Friday.

JB General alerted of delay. Jeremy will start digging utility trenches in the mean time.

JB General was on site, digging plumbing trenches in front of the existing duplex. The existing sewer line is about 24” below grade, while the clean out at the main is ~50” deep based on camera scoping. The team used an excavator to remove the river rock and top layers of soil and then hand dug to expose the sewer line. There are cracks in the line, which ZSP will repair.

SBO arrived around 11:45 AM and staked building corners.

JB General wrapped up around 2 pm. The sidewalk and front of property were swept and the fence was relocated to block off the entire front property line.

Work will resume on Tuesday, as Monday is a city holiday and no work is allowed.
