WEEKLY UPDATE SENT TO OWNERS - SEE ATTACHED EMAIL.
ML was on site at 11 AM with Jeremy Coyne (JB General), Ivan (Marq Plastering), Grant Huffman (TDI), Zack Smith (ZSP), Jeremy Dobranich (AC Electric), and Chris Salewske (JB Dirtworks) for a pre-con walk.
Marq confirmed they will use a one-coat system. ML to confirm with windows, doors, JB General and roofers.
We discussed the possibility of putting a RW on the back PL and sides where the neighboring property is higher ilo of stem walls. ML to discuss with inspector on 1/7/25.
JB Dirtworks to complete in house topo and figure out best way to balance site.
JB General to dig trenches for AC Electric and ZSP.
AC electric needs clarification on SDGE approved sketch.
TDI prefers to stock drywall before all scaffolding goes up. Marq will erect two sides of scaffolding for fall protection for framers. TDI to stock drywall before windows go in, pending weather.
JB General and KTC to work out plan for laundry overhang.

ML was on site to meet with city inspector Josh Kiddle to discuss earthwork / foundation.
Because of the SDGE easement, we will proceed per plans. Inspector asked ML to install waddle at driveway and clean up mud along curb.

ML went on site to put straw wattle at base of temp fence along driveway and in place of removed planter walls.
ML also removed dirt and leaves from curb and gutter.
