Clear, 57°F

ML on site at 8 AM to meet Anton's crew. Crew (6 total) showed up between 8:15 and 8:30 AM. Trees removed. ML marked demolition scope out with orange spray paint.

KTC notified at 9:20 PM on 12/28 that there were short term tenants on site. ML spoke with tenant (Jill) and noted that we (ould likely on be working 12/29 and 12/30.

ML met with city inspector, Josh Kiddle. Josh stated that no silt fence would be needed, and KTC would only need stray waddle at the driveway. He noted the importance of establishing PLs to verify setbacks. He also requested that 3310, 3316 and 3318 be prominently displayed at the front. ML used orange spray paint on temp fence privacy screen.

Crew left around 3 PM. Removed all turf within PLs. Removed yellow enclosures attached to (E) duplex. Removed shed in back yard. Removed wood fence between existing duplex and garage area.

Partially cloudy, 72°F

Morgan Lyew was on site at 8:30 AM to check on demoltion progress. Anton's hauled off all of the pavers in the backyard and the laundry area CMU pony walls. The crew demolished the remaining wooden enclosure (surrounding the washer/dryer), took down the chainlink fence and the wooden gate on the eastern side of the property and demoed and hauled off the planter wall in the front yard. Anton's also began demolition of the site concrete. After attempting to break up the concrete with a sledge hammer and crowbar, a jack hammer was brought to site and the first load of debris was hauled off.

Crew members worked on the concrete site walks in the back of the property, as well as the concrete "patio" of the back unit. A small section of concrete was left underneath the water heater.

Workers relocated the washer and dryer to the garage for owner removal. Workers also moved the shower door, leaning against the back unit, to the "office" to avoid damage.

Rebar was separated from the concrete debris, and the concrete debris was loaded into the dumpster. Remaining debris (wood, chainlink fence, etc...) was collected in piles and will be hauled off later this week.

The side walk and driveway were broomswept.

Anton's crew plans to return tomorrow to finish demo of the site concrete on the west side of the property as well as the tile and concrete pad under the laundry area. Owners have stated that they plan to remove all items from the garage to prepare for demolition of that area.

Rain, Overcast, 66°F

Chris (JB Dirtworks) walked the site to prepare for work on Monday. They will do their best to protect all site concrete in that area. No issues noted about access or vertical clearance.

ML dropped by site around 11:00 AM. Anton’s continued to remove site concrete and had jack hammered the laundry closure tile and pad. Anton’s instructed to remove partition walls from garage / office. The only items remaining in the garage are the W/D, a roll of insulation and some flooring materials. The office side is still full of baseboard, shower doors and other misc.

ML added signage to western gate and put up a temp fence panel on the eastern side.

Anton’s crew reminded that the site would be closed tomorrow for New Year’s Day.
