Morgan Lyew was at the job site to meet Watkins at 7:30 AM. Watkins had two workers on site, preforming lead abatement on the garage door frames and fascia. Because of the location of the lead, both doors need to be removed.

There is a diamond services temp toilet on site.

There are building materials and other misc. items in the garage that the owner will pick up later today.

Watkins completed removal of lead materials at 10:45 am. Lead hazard tape left up to mark area for third-party inspector. Inspector expected around noon.

ML let hot mop subcontractor for front unit into unit, per MW’s approval.

Fenceworks installed temp fence around the 11:15 AM.
